Article 4 of the AI Act asks you to take measures for your staff's AI literacy. There is no set format. This register helps you note what you did, for whom, when and with what evidence, so you can show it when asked.

- 01First list the AI tools your company uses and which departments use them.
- 02Write one row per measure: a rule, a training, a measurement, a policy text.
- 03Keep the evidence (attendance list, report, policy) and refer to it in the last column.
- 04Review the register at least once a year, or whenever a new AI tool comes into use.
