Platform purpose

AISkillProof helps organizations measure AI capability, identify skill gaps, assign targeted learning, and demonstrate improvement through reassessment.

Accounts and organization administration

Users must provide accurate account information and protect their credentials. Organization administrators are responsible for who they invite, the roles they grant, and the assessments they deploy.

Acceptable use

The platform must not be misused for unauthorized access, score manipulation, scraping assessment content, bypassing security, or processing data without an appropriate basis or authorization.

Interpreting results

An assessment score is evidence within the stated skill and assessment version. It is not a universal predictor of job performance and is not an externally recognized certification unless explicitly established for a specific credential.

Content and customer data

Organizations and users retain their rights in the data and input they provide. AISkillProof methodology, product interface, and developed content may not be copied or redistributed outside normal platform use without permission.

Availability and changes

AISkillProof may improve and maintain functionality in a controlled manner. Material changes that affect an agreed service are communicated through the customer relationship. Specific uptime or support commitments apply only when contractually agreed.

Commercial arrangements

Pricing, term, termination, liability limits, and any service levels belong in the signed order or customer agreement. This public page does not create a different commercial guarantee.

This public information describes the current product operation and does not replace a signed customer agreement, data processing agreement, or legal advice.
