What data is processed?

Depending on use, we process account and organization data, assessment answers, scores and skill evidence, learning progress, invitations, privacy requests, and technical audit data required to operate the service securely.

What is it used for?

For authentication, assessment, feedback, skill-gap analysis, learning, reassessment, organization reporting, security, and operational support. Tenant data is not sold.

Who gets access?

Access is limited by organization and role. Employees see their own relevant evidence; authorized organization administrators only see data within their tenant. Privileged backend access is reserved for necessary operational and security tasks.

No automated HR decisions

AISkillProof is designed for development and capability measurement, not as an automated hiring, termination, or promotion system. Open answers may require human review. Results should not be used as the sole basis for an employment decision.

Retention, export and deletion

Organizations can configure a retention period and users have a privacy center to download a personal data export or register requests for access, correction, restriction, or deletion. Deletion may need to account for legal or contractual retention obligations.

Security

AISkillProof uses server-side authorization, tenant-scoped Row Level Security, separate server credentials, audit trails, security headers, and secure authentication flows. No system can guarantee absolute security, so incidents are also monitored operationally.

Changes

This information is updated when product operation or contractual privacy arrangements materially change. Signed customer and privacy agreements remain authoritative for customer environments.

This public information describes the current product operation and does not replace a signed customer agreement, data processing agreement, or legal advice.
