Review the technical measures and discuss employee data processing before adoption.
Hosting and service providers
Vercel hosts the application; server functions are configured for Frankfurt. Supabase provides the database and authentication in eu-west-1 (Ireland). These are configured runtime and database regions, not a guarantee that all support or log processing takes place exclusively in the EU. Request the current contractual subprocessor list and international transfer terms from Validee BV.
Access and tenant isolation
Dashboard routes require authentication. Server routes verify organization membership and roles. Row Level Security restricts access to organizational records in the database. Platform catalog management requires separate platform permissions. Service credentials remain server-side.
Encryption and secure transmission
The production site uses HTTPS. Assessment answers pass through protected server routes; formal assessment answer keys are excluded from candidate projections. Do not send passwords or sensitive employee information through the contact form.
Retention and rights
Organizations can configure retention periods. A daily database job processes eligible records and logs its execution. Employees can request exports and submit access, correction, restriction or deletion requests through the privacy center. Legal exceptions and contractual requirements may affect fulfillment.
Grading audit trail
Administrative actions, grading and reports all carry an audit trail. Every score for an open answer retains the rubric version, the dimension scores, the measured values and an input hash, so how that score came about can be reconstructed.
