Measure Copilot skills: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio

A Copilot licence only pays off when people use it well. Copilot sees what the user can see, so loose permissions and unchecked summaries become a problem faster than with a standalone chatbot.

Where it goes wrong in this department

  • A Copilot summary or analysis that doesn't match the source, sent on anyway.
  • Copilot surfacing sensitive documents through overly broad SharePoint or Teams permissions.
  • A Copilot Studio agent with actions or rights beyond its task.

What we measure

A selection of the tests for this department. Each one is made of work tasks, not knowledge questions, and has a retest to measure progress.

  • Getting started with Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Copilot in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Checking a Copilot summary against its source
  • Copilot Studio: an agent with limited rights
  • Copilot Studio: actions and access rights
