About AISkillProof
AISkillProof is a product of Validee BV, based in Wilrijk, Belgium. We measure how employees use AI in their work, with work tasks in English, Dutch and French, and help companies improve those skills where it matters.
Why we do this
Almost every company now uses AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Gemini. Almost nobody knows whether employees use them safely and well. A completed course says little about what someone does the next day with a customer email or an invoice.
So we measure behaviour in situations that look like real work: checking an AI answer, spotting sensitive data, improving a prompt, judging a result before it goes to a customer.
How we work
Employees take short practical tests. The employer gets a report per department, employees get targeted lessons, and a retest shows whether the measures worked. For companies with their own AI tools we build custom tests, including for job applicants.
Results are for development, not for automatic HR decisions. We measure everyone the same way, regardless of age or role.
What we stand for
We describe the AI Act as it is: since the Digital Omnibus, Article 4 is an obligation of means, not a mandatory certificate. Our articles are general information, not legal advice, and we cite our sources.
The application runs in Frankfurt and the database in Ireland. How we handle customer and employee data is described on our privacy and security pages.
